TOPS is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team!As a company, we not only offer the industry's best all-in-one technology solution for property management, we also offer accounting services for clients who want to have an expert assisting with their financials. Our Mission Viejo office focuses on delivering said expertise, proudly representing our clients and company. This role is perfect for those starting out in the accounting field that would like to gain experience in a professional office setting. You will perform routine clerical work, including scanning, filing, and data entry tasks related to the needs of our accounting clients. There are 10 people in-office and we can be described as close-knit and personal. This full-time, in-person role at our Mission Viejo, CA location. Compensation range is between $20-21/hr. -Who will love this job

  Utilize specialized equipment to scan paper documents into digital accountsConduct routine data entry management for accounting recordsRun and distribute accounting reports as directedMay assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as neededPerforms other related duties as assigned -You should have
