Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Head of
Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements
in compliance with various accounting principles and
regulations
Lead teams responsible for financial reporting and analysis,
ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial reporting
processes and ensure timely financial close
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA
or CPA (or equivalent) required
15+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at
least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Extensive knowledge of (re)insurance industry accounting principles
and financial reporting standards
Proven experience in M&A, investor reporting, and regulatory
financial reporting
Strong proficiency in financial software and general ledger systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle)
