Job Description:

LHH is working in partnership with a reputable healthcare organization to identify a Front Office Assistant to support multiple clinic locations within North County San Diego. Locations can include Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo.

This is a long-term temporary position that will be extended based on performance and reliability. There is opportunity to go permanent as positions are available. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within multiple areas of healthcare while also gaining valuable software and customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and faculty as they enter the facility
- Conducting patient check-in and check-out
- Scheduling appointments and managing an office calendar
- Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Communicating with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members
- Supporting with clerical needs such as data entry, filing, and printing/faxing/scanning

Qualifications:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation

Schedule:
40 hour per week, 5 days, 8-hour shifts
Must be available between 6:30am 10:30pm
Weekends Required

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Location: North County San Diego (Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo)
