Overview Customer Service Specialist I Requirements: You will serve
as a liaison for patients, members, and providers, handling phone
calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high-quality,
personalized experience Key Requirements: 2 years of experience in
scheduling radiology diagnostic testing (mammogram, DEXA, X-ray,
Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine). Health insurance
