Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Office Manager at Susan Biegel MD, located in Upland, CA. The Medical Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the medical office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include managing administrative staff, coordinating schedules, handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service to patients, and maintaining compliance with medical regulations. The role also involves monitoring office inventory, addressing patient inquiries, and fostering effective communication within the team. Qualifications 5 years experience as a manager / supervisor Experience in Medical Office settings and knowledge of medical terminology Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and patients effectively Excellent Customer Service skills for providing consistent and professional patient support Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including scheduling appointments and managing office functions Basic understanding or background in Medicine is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with medical software and office equipment
