Job Description Job Description Spend the summer sparking
creativity in the next generation of artists! Girl Scouts San Diego
is seeking passionate Arts & Crafts Specialists who love teaching
young campers how to express themselves through different artistic
mediums and techniques. Design engaging, age-appropriate,
nature-inspired art projects for campers age 7-17. Lead campers in
creating something special to commemorate their summer camp
experience. Maintain the arts & crafts space and program supplies
throughout the summer. Be part of the camp magic by assisting the

instruction, project coordination, and team collaboration. Build

mentorship and spending time in nature. Employment Details Dates:
June 8 - July 25, 2026 Pay: $96 - $ 102 per day (plus meals and
lodging) What You Bring Age 18 by June 8, 2026; age 21 preferred.
Ability to commit to the full camp season, attend all pre-camp
trainings, and work and live onsite during camp sessions.
Experience instructing arts & crafts activities; background in
camps, youth programs, or education preferred. Skill in and
familiarity with utilizing a variety of art mediums and techniques.
Comfortable working in an outdoor environment with variable weather
and communal on-site living. Flexibility and willingness to assist
with operations outside of arts activities to ensure a successful
camp program overall. Current First Aid/CPR certification. Valid
