training and have a minimum 1 years ABA Therapy experience.

considered. A position is available for a Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) to support students in an educational setting
located in Vista, CA. This contract role provides an opportunity to
apply behavior analysis principles and work directly with students
to promote positive behavioral changes in a school environment.
Location: Vista, California Responsibilities: Implement
individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior
Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record accurate data on student
progress and behaviors Provide direct one-on-one or small group
behavioral interventions and support Collaborate with teachers,
therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavior
strategies Maintain a professional and supportive learning
environment for students Participate in ongoing training and
development to enhance your skills as an RBT Desired
Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) in good standing Experience working with children in a school
or therapeutic setting Strong communication and interpersonal
skills to effectively engage with students, families, and team
members Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans and
collect precise data Patience, compassion, and a commitment to
