Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

Escondido, CA, this role focuses on providing specialized speech
and language support to students, helping them overcome
communication challenges in a dynamic school environment. The
position includes travel to various schools within the area,
offering variety and the chance to engage with diverse student
populations. Key responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing,
and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing
disorders Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Implementing evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to student
needs Maintaining accurate records and progress reports for
compliance and communication Participating in ongoing professional
development and team meetings Desired qualifications: Valid state
licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working in school settings preferred Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate
with students, families, and educators Ability to manage travel
schedules efficiently within the school district Commitment to
