Job DescriptionWe are hiring an Engineering Administrative
Assistant to join our Engineering Test Lab team!DISCOVERAre you a
quick learner who is interested in beginning a career in a
Technical Lab? As Engineering Administrative Assistant, you will
provide vital administrative assistance to our team of Lab
Technicians and will gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of
the team that supports and tests components of our industry-leading
Endless Pools--, Hot Spring-- Spas, Caldera-- Spas, Freeflow
Spas--, and Fantasy Spas--.YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT* Do you enjoy working
in a fast-paced environment? As Engineering Administrative
Assistant, you will receive a steady flow of between 50-100
packages of warranty material each day from our Receiving team. You
will be responsible for unpacking these materials, verifying their
contents against supplied return paperwork, and preparing material
for testing by placing it on the appropriate WIP test racks.
* Are you a strong communicator? This role will require a great
deal of in-person and email communication with our Lab Technicians
and other internal team members, particularly the Warranty
department. Should discrepancies between return paperwork and
warranty material contents occur, you will need to report these
issues to the appropriate department/team member.
* Do you have excellent attention to detail? We'll rely on you to
accurately mark claims as received in our warranty database. This
will require you to pay close attention to both warranty paperwork
and your related data entries. You will also need to assist Lab
Technicians by setting up various components and systems, providing
testing support, and carefully entering accurate data into various
* Are you neat and organized? With so much material coming through
the department, it's important you keep the receiving area cleaned
and organized. This may include cleaning WIP test racks, disposing
of trash/recycling, sweeping floors, and performing other tasks as
WHAT YOU BRING* High School education and minimum of one year of
experience and/or training.
* Basic computer skills, including the ability to accurately type
and otherwise use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
Ability to use a printer/scanner to scan documents is required.
* Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment,
specifically in a warehouse, shipping and/or receiving material, a
* Forklift Certification preferred but not required.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
* Strong ability to effectively work independently as well as in a
team environment is required.
