Key Responsibilities
Guide and mentor Team Leads and their teams, fostering a culture of
collaboration and career growth
Lead the Performance Review & Org Chart domain and scale
engineering operations
Provide technical leadership in system design and oversee hiring
and team expansion
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2
years managing multiple engineering teams
Experience leading teams in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to build teams from scratch and scale engineering
operations
Strong technical expertise in backend or full-stack development
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
