Senior CNC Programmer Hawthorne, CA $45–$65/hour Stock Options

metal parts at unprecedented speed and cost. As a Senior CNC
Programmer , you’ll help bridge the gap between high-volume metal
additive manufacturing and precision CNC machining , producing
parts for some of the most iconic names in aerospace, defense,
automation, and industrial technology. About the Role You’ll
program and operate state-of-the-art 5-axis DMG Mori CNC mills ,
leading process improvement projects and driving throughput in a
fully modernized, data-driven environment. This is a hands-on role
that blends technical mastery, creativity, and innovation — perfect
for a machinist who wants to shape the future of manufacturing.
What You’ll Do Program, set up, and operate 5-axis DMG CNC mills to
post-machine complex 3D-printed metal parts Optimize toolpaths and
machining parameters for efficiency and precision Partner with
engineers to continuously refine programs and fixtures for
high-throughput manufacturing Execute machining operations directly
from blueprints and 3D models under tight tolerances Deburr, clean,
and verify part quality using precision measurement tools Perform
preventative maintenance and manage machine fluids and consumables
Contribute to automation initiatives that merge CNC machining with
advanced additive manufacturing What You Bring 5 years of 5-axis
CNC mill programming experience Proficiency with DMG Mori 5-axis
machines and related tooling Experience machining aluminum,
stainless steel, titanium, or Inconel Strong understanding of
machining strategies, speeds/feeds, and tooling optimization
Passion for process improvement and high-precision work Nice to
Have: Mastercam programming experience (highly preferred) Siemens
control familiarity Experience machining metal 3D-printed parts
NTMA certification or equivalent formal training Proficiency with
metrology tools and inspection processes Ability to operate cranes,
forklifts, and shop equipment Willingness to work overtime as

$45–$65/hour , depending on experience, skills, and technical
