Job Description:

Recruiting Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of professional recruiting experience in a service industry, with at least two years in a supervisory role
Familiarity with HR practices
Understanding of fair employment practices
Exceptional work ethic
Exemplary communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel
The candidate must be vaccinated
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
Work with the scheduling manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements
Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
Process and track applicant job submissions
Manage recruitment databases and -advertising budgets
Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruiting
Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
Performing employee reviews and assessments
Leadership skills
Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
