Job Description:

Pave Talent is searching for a PM in the new product development space to join a personal health care company in the greater San Diego area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. -This individual will own 5+ new product projects and will work across the Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, and other departments.

Responsibilities
Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Minimum Requirements
--- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
--- 3+ years of manufacturing-related experience

Preferred Requirements
--- PMI or PMP certification(s)
--- 5+ years of program/project management experience on new products
--- 2+ years of directly managing functional groups or projects across multiple geographies and cultures
