DescriptionJob Description:Overview of RoleThe Operational Excellence team works with the Services and other cross functional teams to identify, measure, define and analyze business risks, serving as a liaison between key departments to develop immediate and long-term solutions. The team will also develop and implement controls to monitor and audit performance for ease of tracking and maintaining success. The team will use data and onsite visits to identify and implement best practice policies and procedures.The role will report to Director, Operational ExcellenceKey Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and service managers to obtain data to identify, define, measure, and analyze service operations at all levels
  • Provide risk analysis and facilitate development of pragmatic solutions to improve service operations
  • Document, train, implement, deploy, and drive solutions to align Service Team to delivery key objectives, focused on meeting customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to develop and implement controls to monitor and audit service performance
  • Develop and lead onsite audit program to align service delivery procedures, identify risks, and recognize and scale best practices
  • Monitor service team performance trends and provide cross functional teams with training and career track recommendations
  • Lead Service departments to develop and implement quarterly review program to review performance trends and identify shifts in service delivery needs
  • Lead change management initiatives to deliver desired outcomes with minimal impacts to ongoing business objectives
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to develop effective and successful project plans and launches in line with project lifecycle process
  • Identify Service improvement opportunities and propose appropriate solutions
  • Survey key activities in all Service departments to determine the nature of operations and adequacy of the system of control, and facilitate process improvement projects to achieve established objectives and compliance
  • Manage subordinate employees, including interviewing, hiring, directing work, performance management and employee trainingSpecific Qualifications and RequirementsRequired
    • Relevant BS degree and minimum of 6 years relatable management experience in a Field Service organization.
    • Demonstrated senior level experience in operations and service delivery
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills in working with managers, stakeholders, and project team members to manage, inform and influence outcomes
    • Proven ability to adapt to changing demands and objectives in a dynamic environment
    • Strong leadership and accountability skills with a focus on delivering results
    • Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to leadership, internal customers, key stakeholders
    • Ability to develop people to build and maintain a culture of ownership and drive efficiency and process improvementDesired
      • Project Management certification or experience
      • Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated experience
      • 5+ years of management experience in Field Service organization
      • Field service training and development experience
      • Field service quality assurance and performance audit EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years or prior relevant experiencePay Range:#Remote
