Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Experience Director to
enhance and enable an exceptional consumer experience for the
Outdoor Performance and Adventure Sports platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding consumer service
and collaborate with other departments
Analyze consumer feedback and data to identify areas for
improvement and implement strategies for enhancement
Create a consumer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional
service and fostering long-term relationships with consumers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study required
8+ years in consumer experience with a focus on strategy and
engagement
5+ years in consumer products
Must be technically inclined
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are essential
