Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Supplier Management Program
Manager to drive supplier lifecycle management and improve supplier
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of initiatives within the Supplier Management
Program strategy, ensuring alignment with best practices
Drive participation in Supplier Management activities and build
relationships with internal stakeholders
Develop metrics to track effectiveness of supplier management
initiatives and support the implementation of Supplier Relationship
Management technology
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Procurement or related fields
5+ years of experience in program management or supplier/customer
relationship management
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, or a
related field
Experience in developing and executing Supplier Management
Programs
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams
