We work in forensics, we work in trauma, and we work in substance abuse. As a member of our team, our clinicians work with both voluntary and mandated clients individually, in couples and families, and in groups.If you have leadership experience and a passion for working in the forensic mental health field, you are encouraged to consider an outstanding career opportunity with HOPE Program.HOPE Program provides individualized & specialized services for:Developmentally Delayed OffendersMentally Disordered OffendersSexually Abusive AdolescentsChaperone Training ProgramHOPE has recently opened several clinical offices throughout California to provide mandated services to clients who have been convicted engaging in illegal and harmful behavior, as well as significant behavioral health challenges.Agency Locations:South Region: San Diego and VistaThe program's Clinical Director fulfills a role and is responsible for the following:Providing direct care to clients - providing evidence-based treatment and reducing the risk to re-offendObserving clients' conditions and behaviorsProactively addressing problems, concerns, and issuesMonitoring program implementation and treatment integrityLeading, training, managing, and supervising Behavioral Support ProfessionalsWorking closely with the Clinical Director and licensed cliniciansAs the program's Clinical Director and a valued employee of the HOPE Program, you can expect a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits plan. Moreover, you will join a team of nationally-recognized leaders in the Mental Health field.Qualified applicants for this position must possess the following attributes:Three years licensed or licensed-eligible as an LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist in the state of CaliforniaA minimum of 5 years of experience providing sex offender-specific treatment or treatment in a forensic setting.A minimum of 3 years management experienceKnowledge of cognitive-behavioral treatment methods, sex offender treatment methods, and mental health theories, concepts, and methods related to treatment in forensic settings.
