Job Description:

A company is looking for an Informatics Pharmacist to support pharmacy information management and optimize electronic health record systems.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and advise on electronic health record configuration to ensure safe and effective medication use
Provide clinical oversight and consultation on pharmacy information system configurations and medication use processes
Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacy department technology projects and precept pharmacy residents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Current Pharmacist's license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy
Pharmacy Informatics Residency training or equivalent work experience
