Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Navigator, Monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and monitor medical alert alarms while
determining response requirements
Contact clients to assess alerts, verify information, and maintain
accurate records
Assist with client enrollment, troubleshoot devices, and
collaborate with health professionals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical
experience
LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be
considered
