Requirements/Preferred Experience Must be board-eligible/board-certified physician in Ophthalmology Completion of a Surgical Retina Fellowship is required to join our Ophthalmology division Comfortable administering Intravitreal injections Position Details Salary Range: $330K-$600K Salary includes productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process. 4-day workweek schedule : 50% East County; 50% South Bay Average patient load is 25-30 patients per clinic day New consults/ Follow-Ups/ Post-Ops Office based surgery/minor procedures Practice will be surgical retina and medical retina patients After hours call is shared with 2 other surgical retina physicians User friendly work schedule with excellent support staff and collegial work environment If fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package Shareholder track- Eligible for shareholder after 2nd year of employment PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Eligible Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group has been at the forefront of clinical excellence for over a century, providing integrated, coordinated care to generations of San Diegans.
