This program will leverage Vituity's extensive network of urgent care centers, providing fellows with unparalleled access to real-world scenarios under the guidance of experienced mentors. Participate in comprehensive clinical rotations across various urgent care centers within the Vituity network. Attend regular educational workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective patient care. Engage in research projects focused on improving patient outcomes in urgent care settings. Implement learned clinical practices and protocols to manage a broad spectrum of urgent care scenarios. Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare team members. Critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board eligible or board certified in a primary care specialty such as Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
