Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. An opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve a K-12 school caseload across various sites in Norco, CA. This full-time, contract position begins ASAP and continues through the full 2025-26 school year within a school-based setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12 Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments and document student progress regularly Adapt interventions to meet the needs of students within a school environment Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding special education and therapy services Qualifications: Valid California Occupational Therapy license required Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload Strong communication and collaboration skills This position offers highly competitive compensation with weekly pay, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as matching 401(k) contributions and access to a flexible spending account.
