Job Description:

Mission Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ER Nurse to join our night shift team in Panorama City, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in emergency nursing and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for emergencies and acute conditions during night shifts. Assess, triage, and monitor patients to determine severity and priorities for treatment. Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care. Requirements Minimum 1 year of emergency nursing experience. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Ability to work night shifts and handle high-stress situations effectively.
