This includes: administration of a variety of human resources activities and programs, including those related to staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and workplace safety. This role also includes managing new hire orientations, human resources events, ownership of open enrollment, handling employees' personal information, addressing basic employee relations keeping HR Manager informed. We are looking for someone passionate about creating a positive employee experience who is interested in continuing their HR career on a fast track to success.Principle Duties And Responsibilities

  • Answer employee questions about human resources policies and procedures. Supports and maintains HR activities and programs; such as staffing, compensation, benefits, training and safety.
  • Participates in developing new policies, procedures and programs.
  • Coordinates projects and implements employee compensation, training and benefit programs; including communications.
  • Provide recruiting support as assigned; schedule interviews, post jobs
  • Metrics management specialist for all HR programs
  • Support annual Employee Open Enrollment and Health Fair with HR Manager
  • Ensure all employee files are up-to-date with accurate information
  • Additional duties will vary depending on the company and business needs including projects within.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
    • Answer employee questions about human resources policies and procedures.

    • Participates in developing new policies, procedures and programs.
    • Coordinates projects and implements employee compensation, training and benefit programs; including communications.
    • Provide recruiting support as assigned; schedule interviews, post jobs
    • Metrics management specialist for all HR programs
    • Support annual Employee Open Enrollment and Health Fair with HR Manager
    • Ensure all employee files are up-to-date with accurate information
    • Support payroll processes and collaborate with managers on timekeeping as needed
    • Understanding of confidentiality and HR best practices; ability to manage sensitive information
    • Additional duties will vary depending on the company and business needs including projects within.
    • Knowledge of Kronos and ADP preferred but not required.
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required for this position.Education And Experience
      • Associate's degree
      • PHR/SHRM-CP Certification preferred
      • 2-3 years of progressive HR experience
      • Experience handling and resolving a wide range of employee relations issues
