A software development company is seeking a Remote Information
Technology Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Leading end-user IT support for the organization
Evangelizing and roling model a Customer FIRST mindset with a
deeper understanding of our domain
Managing software access requests in IT Tools
Qualifications for this position include:
10+ years of IT experience with the SaaS / PaaS product companies -
B2B / B2C Web applications
Experience implementing and managing IT systems
Experience building and configuring SAML applications
Experience as a Google Workspace admin and/or Google Workspace
Certification
A deep understanding of the macOS and its user experience
Experience working with a diverse and remote user base, including
international users
