Consultant / Technical Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project processes including platform architecture
documentation and integration documentation
Translate requirements into functional features and provide
mentorship to junior developers
Facilitate continuous improvement of delivery services processes
and assist in recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in ServiceNow platform development and
configuration
Ability to lead project teams and make technical decisions
Experience in mentoring and supporting team members
Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and agile project
management
Technical expertise in integration and architecture
documentation
