Job Details Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of software developers, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment. Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using .NET Core, Angular, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Act as a "Player Coach", providing hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to your team. Drive the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET Core. Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of Angular, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles. A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Proven experience in designing and implementing software solutions. Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mind. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
