Southern California. Job Details We are seeking a Labor &
Employment Attorney to advice and counsel employers on critical
employment matters. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years'
experience in labor and employment law. Responsibilities: Advising
clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. Wage & hour
disputes, terminations, medical leave, accommodations, and more.
Conduct workplace investigations. Draft and review a wide range of
legal documents, including employment policies, procedures, and
agreements. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to
support case preparation and strategy development. Collaborating
with other attorneys and legal professionals Keeping abreast of
changes in labor and employment law to provide up-to-date advice to
clients and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD)
degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar of
California and in good standing. 1-4 years of experience in labor
and employment law Exceptional legal research and writing skills,
with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and
effectively. Strong negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and
colleagues. Willingness to stay updated on changes in labor and
employment law, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and
