Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Inventory/Receiving Clerk to join our operations team. This role is
responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials,
maintaining inventory records, supporting cycle counts, and
fulfilling production material requests. The ideal candidate will
have prior inventory experience, strong organizational skills, and
the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly. Key
Responsibilities: Receiving & Documentation Receive incoming
materials, verifying quantities and part numbers against purchase
orders. Identify materials and apply appropriate SKU labels.
Accurately record receipts in the inventory management system.
Assign and move received goods to correct BIN locations. Inventory
Control Assist with routine cycle counts and annual physical
inventory. Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with the
team to identify root causes and implement corrections. Maintain a
clean, organized, and efficient warehouse area. Production Support
Receive material requests from production and accurately fulfill
and document each request. Ensure timely movement of materials to
support production schedules. General Duties Follow all safety
policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with purchasing,
production, and warehouse personnel. Perform other related duties
as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Inventory or warehouse
experience required. Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to read and match packing slips, purchase orders, and part
numbers. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory
systems. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work full-time on-site.
Strong problem-solving skills for researching and resolving
discrepancies.
