Job Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW The Order Processing Specialist is a vital role that requires the ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This role has a wide range of duties, such as order processing, order fulfillment, purchasing, inventory control, asset management, and other projects.RESPONSIBILITIES + Adhere to defined procedures for processing orders + Analyze open orders to ensure on-time order fulfillment + Assist the fulfillment team with pulling inventory, shipping, and receiving + Manage and prioritize open orders in Salesforce + Manage asset assignments and warranty information + Work with the fulfillment team to forecast quarterly inventory needs + Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions + Create purchase orders + Work with vendors on parts availability, costs, and, discounts + Partner with the finance team to ensure parts costs and pricing are current + Ensure parts order accuracy + Create, send and follow up on customer parts orders +Job Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS + College degree or equivalent work experience + Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy + Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applications + Strong problem-solving skills + Reliability + Independent/self-starter + Strong work ethic and follow-through + Ability to prioritize and great math skills
