Duties: --- Assist instructional personnel with the development and presentation of learning materials and instructional exercise. --- Instructs students individually or in small groups to reinforce and follow-up learning activity --- Prepare data collection --- Implement continuous and discontinuous measurement procedures --- Observe and record behavior patterns and develops appropriate techniques to reinforce acceptable behavior --- Supervise and work with youth. --- Teach, coach, counsel, serve as role models. --- Respond to crises/emergencies using positive interventions, effective professional relationships and therapeutic / behavioral skills. --- Administer medications, track and report behaviors via computer, --- Oversee and assist with maintaining agency/licensing living standards. --- Assist with physical interventions when difficult behaviors require. Qualifications: --- Bachelor's Degree preferred. --- Basic computer skills --- Must be able to clear background fingerprint checks, pass physical assessments (including functional abilities and drug screening) --- Driving record acceptable to company insurer
