Job DescriptionLabyrinth, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harbor Compliance, is a 2020 and 2021 Inc. magazine Top 5000 fastest-growing private companies recipient as an established consulting firm of over 30 years that specializes in nonprofit registration services.We are in search of a Fundraising Registration Specialist. Our ideal candidate would have a background in administrative/clerical services, preferably including contracts, and detailed records management.The Fundraising Registration Specialist communicates with clients and does the necessary research for the purpose of compiling the contracts, documents, and information in order for Labyrinth, Inc. to register clients for their fundraising activities as required by government agencies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally collects contracts, documents, and information from clients for the registration process, respecting every client's dignity and confidentiality
  • Conducts research with government agencies and the Internet for needed information for the registration process
  • Effectively processes and enters pertinent information from clients in software applications and registration forms
  • Processes contract submittals and forms for clients efficiently and timely in accordance with protocols
  • Ensures that all contracts and forms have the required documents, are properly signed, and then filed to government agencies
  • Communicates effectively with government agencies to obtain the status of required registrations and then such findings to the clients for their fundraising activities Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Displays the ability to communicate with others effectively, listen closely, and convey points clearly
    • Shows proficiency with computer programs, including Adobe Acrobat, Filemaker, Google G Suite, macOS, and Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
    • Can work independently within a team environment
    • Highly detailed, organized, and accurate
    • Possesses the ability to prioritize work and make decisions based upon anticipated outcomes
    • Has the ability to efficiently adjust to constantly changing workloads and switch from one task to the nextOur ideal team member will be a responsible individual with good attention-to-detail, organizational, and time-management skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of professional work experience are required. This person must have a service-oriented mindset plus interpersonal, accurate computer/data entry, and oral and written communication skills. In-house training will be provided.This position is a Monday through Friday, 40-hour in-office work week with paid-time-off benefits. We pay 100% of health insurance.
