Leading and developing growth programs for a$500M business, you will find new markets, establish new business models,manage pricing and margin, lead sales team execution and oversee all parts ofthe Honeywell NPI/BTI program management processes. You will work 3 in a boxwith technology + sales as you lead the overall global strategic growth effort ofthe Automotive refrigerant business. Automotive Supplier. You will directly manage 2 RegionalBusiness Development resources and will spend about 25% of your time in frontof customers. This position is based in our Morris Plains, NJ office. HybridWork Schedule.Key Responsibilities--- Lead all NPI programs for the business driving $75M in program revenue in 2022.
--- Build and Lead the strategic growth strategy (STRAP) for the business globally
--- Track, manage and report on growth programs at the FP, AM and PMT levels as required
--- Build a pipeline of longer-term programs that get the business to $1B in revenue by 2025
--- Achieve pricing, VCM, cost and margin achievements on all programs
--- Accountable for AOP annual program growth targets
--- Develop pricing approaches for all new products/new segments driving max value capture
--- Drive all new regulatory, compliance and association advancements allowing sales into new applications
--- Work closely with the asset team on supply/demand analyses as well as contribute to future
--- Work with co-suppliers as needed to accelerate new product development/introductions
--- Lead change
--- Drive policy compliance
--- Develop and coach business development staff
--- Drive employment engagementYOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors Degree
10+ yearscommercial experience in the automotive industry
WE VALUE---Technical background (Engineering) and MBA desired
---Strong presentation skills
---10 years of marketing, sales and operations experience.
---Experienced at working in the automotive industry or with large OEM customers
---Strong tactical and strategic skills required.
---Ability to motivate and build high performing teams.
