You will be likely assigned to one of the following schedules, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm -or- 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, with one hour for lunch. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
Purpose of PositionAs our Consumer Engagement Coordinator, you'll engage with and respond to consumer requests and complaints and provide support to the Marketing Team. You will have a hands-on role in building and developing our brand's relationship with our community through email, social media and other digital engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a thorough knowledge of social platforms, and experience interpreting data and creating reports.
5 Key Roles of Accountability

  • Daily monitoring of customer service and marketing emails and Phone Calls, vetting and responding to inquiries, comments and complaints promptly.
  • Monitoring of review platforms, responding to reviews, and tracking, analyzing and reporting on brand sentiment and product problems and trends.
  • Monitoring of social listening platform (Sprout Social) to engage with consumers, track brand sentiment, and analyze and report on content and product performance and opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and efforts that require community engagement including virtual and live events, social media contests, influencer campaigns, email campaigns, sampling programs, etc.
  • Log customer complaints in QCBD and work with Quality control to ensure immediate resolution to all customer concerns.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • 1+ years of customer service experience from professional or retail environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating reports
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and sentence structure
  • Ability to provide a positive customer experience in writing and over the phone
  • Experience with review platforms a plus.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Able to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and diplomacy.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be self-motivated with ability to use own initiative.
  • Flexibility to change direction frequently and with little notice.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent planning and organization abilities.
  • Able to complete projects under tight deadlines, even when there are competing requirements and changes in assignments.
  • Computer literate in a Windows Environment; Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Internet.
  • 10-key by touch.
  • Typing 50 wpm.
  • Basic math skills
  • Accurate counting skills.
