A government relations company has a current position open for a
Remote Office for Civil Rights Law Clerk.
Must be able to:
Evaluate complaints to identify potential violations of HIPAA Rules
and/or applicable federal civil rights
Timely respond to correspondence and phone calls related to
complaints and requests for technical assistance
Required Skills:
Law degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar
Association or a Master's degree from an accredited university
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
with exceptional discretion
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication
skills
