Job Description:
Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated, customer service focused individual
to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our
beautiful Preseve at Melrose Apartments in Vista, CA! This person
will maintain accurate records; resolve resident concerns;
facilitate resident events; organize quarterly resident activities;
conduct physical property inspections; answer incoming calls; greet
prospective clients, and more.
Qualifications
* Must have STRONG customer service skills!
* Demonstrate good decision making & attention to detail!
* Must have computer and administrative skills! Yardi
preferred.
* Must be able to work at least one weekend day!
