Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Enablement Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive training sessions in both Spanish and English
to engage participants and facilitate knowledge transfer
Organize and deliver onboarding training for new hires in various
roles to equip them with essential product knowledge and work
processes
Facilitate ongoing training initiatives to keep teams updated on
product developments and best practices in customer engagement
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish is required; a bachelor's degree in business,
education, or a related field is preferred
3-5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or a related
field, ideally within sales or customer support
Strong ability to engage virtual audiences and create interactive
learning experiences
Familiarity with virtual training best practices and digital
engagement tools
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry
trends
