Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of innovative annuity and wealth products
Collaborate with sales leadership to align product features with
market demands
Take ownership of product design from ideation to
implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a
related field
ASA or FSA preferred
8+ years of insurance experience focused on specific products
Strong background in product development, pricing, and competitive
analysis
Tech-savvy with coding experience as a plus
