Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to
enhance client interactions and support account management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily client interactions to resolve issues and provide
ongoing service
Establish relationships with key client contacts and serve as a
liaison between departments
Assist in onboarding new clients and support the Account Executive
with tactical issues
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred
3+ years of experience with WLT or Javelina
3+ years of customer service or client experience
JIRA experience and 5+ years of direct experience with health
plans
Project Management experience preferred
