Key Responsibilities
Monitor contract negotiation processes from start to finish for
assigned customers
Utilize proprietary software to manage and complete contract
negotiation requests efficiently
Serve as the primary source of truth for customers' needs and
priorities during negotiations
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in procurement, B2B technical support, customer success,
or similar customer-facing roles
Ability to adapt and excel in a high-growth startup environment
Cross-functional collaboration experience
Competence in demonstrating professionalism and integrity
Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
