beginning of what we hope to accomplish together.About The JobWe
are looking for Data Scientists to help grow our research, machine
learning and data analysis capabilities at RADAR. The role requires
extensive collaboration with teams and functions across the company
ranging from product and customer success to engineering and
research.Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working in a data science, analytics
engineering or machine learning engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and standard data science tools /
packages (NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Big Data query tools such as SQL or
Apache Spark.
- Experience in the development, maintenance and monitoring of
data and machine learning pipelines.
- Solid foundational understanding in statistics, probability and
linear algebra.Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing data products within a retail environment
e.g. space/range/display optimization, demand forecasting,
personalization, out of stock prediction.
- Experience working with real-time data streams and large-scale
data warehouses.
- Experience creating analytics solutions using visualization
tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience using Cloud based tools for ML development,
deployment and monitoring e.g. Vertex AI (preferred), Sagemaker or
Azure ML.
- Bachelor's degree and equivalent practical experience or
Master's degree in a relevant field.Research has shown that women &

pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected
base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $240,000.
Individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant
education or training.You will also be eligible to receive other
benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental
coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time
off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this
position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of
