A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Integrated Customer Service team to ensure deliverables
are met through coaching and mentoring
Manage escalations and provide final support for customer
issues
Monitor staff performance and conduct quality assurance
activities
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
