Job Description Cal-a-Vie Health Spa is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician with general experience in painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Some responsibilities include installations, moving heavy items to various locations on property, pool maintenance, electrical and a/c maintenance, painting and carpentry. Job Requirements: Ability to do general maintenance repairs in all areas of the spa including mechanical, electrical and plumbing Pool maintenance experience Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to climb ladders and work with heights must follow and adhere to safety standards Position Qualifications: Education/Certification: High School Diploma/GED Knowledge: Must have minimum working knowledge of HAVC systems, electrical, plumbing and light repair Experience: One (1) year experience in the maintenance field Skills/Abilities: Must be able to perform all the essential functions listed above Availability: Able to work hours that include weekdays, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
