Sherlock Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking full-time HVAC Lead Installers to join our team. The ideal HVAC Lead Installer should have excellent communication and customer skills, take pride in their work and possess a minimum of 2 years' HVAC Lead Installer experience.

Primary Tasks for HVAC Lead Installer:
Communicate effectively with customers while delivering excellent customer service
Install new, retrofit and change out of residential HVAC systems.
Complete the entire process of an installation.

Qualifications for HVAC Lead Installer:
Minimum 2 years' HVAC Lead Installer experience
Plumbing Experience a plus but not required
Problem solving and listening skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field
Must be able to lift 75 lbs., carry ladders, tools, and work in small crawl spaces
Must comply with all safety standards, policies and procedures
EPA certified required
NATE certified preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must have valid driver's license
Must pass background screening
