Job Description:
Description:--- Subject matter expert in Fresh Origins products,
services, and operations --- Promote and maintain positive customer
relations --- Ensure accuracy of customer contracts and orders ---
Point of contact for the marketing team --- Assist with production
scheduling in terms of notifying of upcoming needs and improving
order fulfillment--- Evaluate incoming credits, investigate reasons
cited and match with appropriate internal documentation --- Define
behavioral triggers across the customer lifecycle to optimize
customer engagement and improve the customer experience ---
Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information
or resolve customer disputes and amend contracts when required ---
Quality control checks of orders and trade show products performed
throughout the day --- Inform management of loss of sales due to
production shortage or quality control issues in a timely manner
