Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate prime investment opportunities and development properties for clients. Guide clients through commercial real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and informed process. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders. Stay updated on market trends and developments to provide clients with expert advice. Represent clients in high-stakes commercial transactions, helping them achieve their real estate goals. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success. Utilize market knowledge to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients' transactions. Qualifications: Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one. Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction. Ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, using analytical skills to assess property potential. Proven track record of guiding clients through complex transactions, ensuring a seamless and informed process. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and team members. Familiarity with market trends and developments, with a commitment to staying informed and providing expert advice. Ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions, leveraging market knowledge to benefit clients. Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools to manage client relationships and transactions efficiently.
