Job Description ROADS Community Clinic - Gardena Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday: 9 am -5 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 18-20 Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: Competitive base salary production bonus incentive paid out every pay period Benefits: A comprehensive package that includes up to 19 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays, 401k with up to 4% match, health insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employee and eligible-dependents, plus 3 CME days and $1,000 reimbursement. Additional Info: Negotiable $20,000 bonus as sign-on and relocation coverage.
