Territory Manager – Men’s Health (Urology) Pharmaceutical Sales
| Outside Sales We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager
to join a growing commercial team in the men’s health and urology
space . This field-based role is responsible for developing and
managing relationships with urologists, specialty providers, and
key healthcare stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative
therapies that improve patient outcomes. This is an exciting
opportunity for a results-driven pharmaceutical sales professional
who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys
building strong clinical partnerships within their territory. Key
Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory business plan to
achieve and exceed sales targets. Build strong relationships with
urologists, men’s health specialists, and key clinical stakeholders
within assigned accounts. Deliver clinical education and product
messaging that effectively communicates the value of therapies to
healthcare providers. Identify new opportunities for market growth
and patient access within the territory. Collaborate with internal
partners across market access, marketing, and medical teams to
support account success. Maintain a high level of territory
activity , including in-person physician calls, presentations, and
educational programs. Monitor market trends, competitive activity,
and customer insights to inform territory strategy. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required . 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical
device sales experience , preferably with specialty providers.
Experience calling on urologists is highly preferred. Proven track
record of meeting or exceeding sales goals . Strong
relationship-building, clinical communication, and territory
management skills . Ability to work independently in a field-based,
